Research Interests

My main scientific interests are in the field of numerical modeling of multiphase flow, focusing on the complex hydrodynamics in fluidized bed and the processes involving plastic conversion.

• I am currently working on the development of gas-solid CFD models with detailed kinetics, targeting chemistry-transport coupling and interaction.
• I am also interested in the engineering design of gasifiers for the thermo-chemical conversion of plastic waste.
