Research Interests

My main scientific interests are the study of thermochemical recycling processes, focusing on the pyrolysis or/and gasification of plastic waste.

• My objective is the simulation of complex reactive systems used in industrial applications, for which suitable kinetic models describing the reactivity of polymer mixtures are required.
• To this aim, I also study how to automatize the generation of Chemical Reactor Networks which simplify the hydrodynamic description of the system and reduce computational cost.
